Notes from the shelter: Jasmine might look like a big dog in this picture, but she is a LITTLE girl ? only 21 lbs., about 1 year old and HW negative! She is a doll and friendly as can be. Law enforcement brought her in and we?ve learned in the short time she?s been with us that she is very good with other dogs and loves people.
